How long before I get my prints?

It generally takes 5-7 working days, depending on Australia Post delivery time. It could be longer in peak times.

Our Products

Are the stickers safe to use?

Yes, they are. Our stickers and decals are made using fabric of the highest quality and eco-friendly inks. They are formaldehyde, phthalate and PVC-free - safe for kids.

Will the stickers damage my walls?

Absolutely not! The stickers are made from a high-quality fabric that won't peel the paint or leave any residue.

I'm moving, can I take the kid's wall decals with me?

Absolutely! Our decals are easy to remove. Just remember to hold onto your backing sheet so you can take them with you.

How do I apply the Wall Stickers and Decals
  1. Ensure that the wall is clean, dry, and smooth. Remove any dirt using a damp cloth or mild cleaner. Allow the wall to dry completely before proceeding.
  2. Decide where you want to place the decals or stickers on the wall and mark the desired positions lightly with a pencil.
  3. Carefully peel the backing paper away from the decal, starting from one corner. Be careful not to touch the adhesive side of the decal with your fingers.
  4. To apply the sticker, start from the centre of the decal or sticker and press it firmly against the wall using a squeegee or credit card. Work your way outwards, smoothing it to remove any air bubbles or wrinkles.
  5. Once it is securely applied, slowly peel away the transfer tape or backing paper, leaving the decal/sticker on the wall. If any part of it starts to lift with the tape, press it down again and rub it over.

Tip 1:  Gently rub over the decal once more to ensure proper adhesion. If there are any remaining air bubbles, use a pin or needle to puncture them and press the decal down.

Tip 2: You can save your backing paper and take the stickers or decals with you if you ever move. That way, you can reuse them!

How should I arrange the Stickers?

Check our website to get inspired. You can match our placement or move things around to make it your own.

How do I add text to my poster?

Choose a poster and the simply type your message into the form field on the poster page. The text will be previewed n the poster. You can also change the typeface, colours and size of the text.

Do I have to write text on my poster?

What you choose to write or not to write on your poster is entirely up to you. If you do not want to write anything on the poster, simply leave the text fields blank.

What ink and paper are you using?

We cooperate with an Australian local printing company, which means that we can offer environmentally friendly ink and a durable, rigid artboard that prints beautifully, your artwork will continue to look good for years to come, no glass, no reflection.

Your poster (and frame) is delivered in sturdy packaging that protects the poster.

Yes, we do for deliveries Australia wide if you spend $60 or more.

My parcel arrived damaged what do I do?

All parcels are insured so if your parcel including prints and frames arrive damaged please send us a photo of the outside parcel and the damaged products with your order number and we will send a replacement out to you as soon possible.
