We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.

For us at Kids Posters, the most important thing is that our customers are happy. We try to be as accommodating as possible to find a solution that you feel satisfied with. We offer free returns or full refunds if you have not been satisfied for any reason.

All refunds will be automatically refunded within 24 hours of receiving your refund request or returned goods and processed via your original payment method, depending on your bank and the payment provider it can take 2-5 business days to see funds in your account. My parcel arrived damaged what do I do?

All parcels are insured so if your parcel including prints and frames arrive damaged please send us a photo of the damaged products and the outside parcel with your order number and we will send a free replacement out to you as soon possible. Please email hello@kidsposters.com.au

Cancellations or change of address

You can cancel an order up to 24 hours of ordering. Any amendments to your order, like change of address, will be accommodated as best we can but we are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been shipped. If you need to change shipping details prior to artwork approval please conact us asap.
